You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkr98 Platform is permitted under the laws of their specific jurisdiction. pkr98 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and pkr98 shall bear no liability in connection with such access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr98 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr98 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and pkr98 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and pursue legal remedies where applicable:

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where required, disclosure to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money PKR Wallet balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal account, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr98 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from applying to a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other interim relief. Players in Pakistan retain the right to raise complaints through pkr98's internal dispute resolution process before initiating formal arbitration proceedings. pkr98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, pkr98 will notify active players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
